Refund & Payment Policy

How payments, refunds and receipts work on Talvyn.

This is a product policy draft. It is not final and is not legal advice. Settlement follows the accepted Collaboration Agreement and applicable platform policy.

Payments

Payments are processed by Talvyn's payment provider. Payment status comes only from the provider; it can never be changed by a button in the app.

Memberships are prepaid for the chosen term and do not auto-renew. Project payments follow the accepted Collaboration Agreement and the project payment schedule.

Refunds

Membership refunds are handled case by case through Talvyn support and the payment provider's policy.

Project payment refunds follow the Project Cancellation Policy and Contributor Settlement Policy. Captured payments are never silently reversed.

Receipts

Talvyn issues a payment receipt for each successful payment. Receipts are payment records, not tax invoices.
