How disagreements about a cancellation settlement are handled.

Opening a dispute

Any project party can open a dispute on a cancellation case. Disputed amounts move to Dispute Resolution and the case cannot be closed around them.

Talvyn review

Talvyn administrators may record a resolution. Every override requires a written reason and is permanently recorded in the case history.
