Using Talvyn

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate account information.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your password safe.

Your content

You own what you create and share. By posting, you give Talvyn permission to store and display it to the audience you choose, only to operate the service.

Only share work you have the right to share, and credit collaborators honestly.

Collaboration

Talvyn helps people meet and work together. We are not a party to agreements between members and do not handle contracts or revenue sharing.

Agree on roles, credit and ownership with your collaborators directly.

Project continuity

Discovery membership (Free, Passion, Builder, Studio) covers finding collaborators: Hats Off and creating new Podiums. A prepaid term stays valid until its end date; there is no prorating.

Collaborator Access lets you keep working in Podiums you already belong to. It includes no Hats Off and does not let you create new Podiums. A paid Discovery plan already covers this.

Podium Maintenance is paid by a Podium’s Billing Admin and keeps that workspace active. Sponsored seats are project-specific: they give access to that Podium only, not personal Hats Off or Podium creation. Ending a sponsorship takes effect at the end of the paid term.

When maintenance expires there is a grace period (currently 7 days). After that the Podium becomes read-only: members can view messages, tasks, milestones and files but not add or change them until it is renewed. Talvyn does not automatically delete project data. Archived Podiums are kept read-only and do not count toward active Podium limits.

Collaborator Access and Podium Maintenance are prepaid for the term you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months), billed once in INR through Razorpay at the launch prices shown on the Pricing page. They do not renew automatically and include no Hats Off. Renewing before a term ends adds the new term after your remaining prepaid days.

Each Podium Maintenance term includes 3 sponsored seats. Additional sponsored seats are billed per seat for the same term and can be added when maintenance is activated or renewed. There is no prorating in the MVP.

Archiving a Podium is currently free. Personal membership dates and project billing dates are separate and are never forced to line up. Collaboration payments between members remain separate from all memberships and from project billing; Talvyn does not hold funds in escrow.

Payments

Paid work requests are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered with Razorpay; Talvyn does not store them.

During the MVP, Talvyn records and collects payment requests but does not offer direct payouts to collaborators, revenue-share settlement or escrow, and does not guarantee payment between members.

Receipts shown in Talvyn are payment receipts, not tax invoices. Refunds are handled by Talvyn support case by case, in line with the payment provider’s policies. Contact hello@talvyn.co.in.

Membership plans

Talvyn membership (Dreamer Free, Passion, Builder, Studio) is a fee you pay Talvyn for using the platform. It is separate from paid collaboration requests between Dreamers, and the membership fee is never passed to collaborators.

Paid plans are prepaid for the term you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months), billed once in INR through Razorpay. Plans do not renew automatically; when a term ends your account returns to Dreamer Free unless you renew.

Each plan includes a monthly Hats Off allowance and an active Podium limit. The Hats Off allowance refreshes every month during your term, so a longer term does not give the whole allowance at once. Unused Hats Off do not roll over.

A Hats Off counts against your allowance when you send it, even if it is later declined, withdrawn or expires. Sent Hats Off are not refunded. Receiving Hats Off is free on every plan.

Upgrades start immediately with a new term from the upgrade date; we do not prorate the unused part of an earlier term in the MVP. Moving to a smaller plan happens when you renew after your current term ends.

Membership payment refunds are handled case by case through Talvyn support and the payment provider’s policy. Receipts are payment receipts, not tax invoices.

Acceptable use

Follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break them.

MVP status

Talvyn is an early product provided "as is". Features may change, and we may occasionally lose or reset data during testing. Keep your own copies of important files.

Talvyn does not currently claim end-to-end encryption.
